OSTEL tells stories. Brand comprises of mix East and West poetry styles, creates garments out of trends.

OSTEL feels unpretentious beauty and inner strength, modesty and loneliness in a reasonable sense. OSTEL praises imperfect beauty and the ability to perceive everything genuinely and without excess. OSTEL pieces of art reflect the beauty of the world and a person who appreciates heavy complex designs made by using minimal means. Brand was founded by Olya Stelmakhova in 2013. OSTEL is the participant of Ukrainian Fashion Week. 

OSTEL has won the grant of Instituto Europeo di Design (Italy) during the catwalk how of the Spring-Summer collection 2016 'NATSU' at Ukrainian Fashion Week 

In 2014 OSTEL presented the collection of spring-summer 2015 ‘Surf your life’  in Paris- BeNext showroom, also during Fashion Week Middle East in Dubai and Ukrainian Fashion Week. Collection had great  success, especially among women from LA California and everyone keen on surf and sport.

OSTEL works with international platform NOT JUST A LABEL created for emerging designers and world-wide sales through it.

 In April 2015 OSTEL participated in Meet D3 Dubai with NOT JUST A LABEL POP-up store, OSTEL presented several works with another young emerging designers.

In May 2015 OSTEL participated at Origin, Passion And Beliefs 2015, Italy, Vicenza where Vogue Italia's Sara Maino and Alessandro Buzzi  who marked the brand OSTEL as a clothing brand for NOT TO MISS.
