The stock is in EU and we can delivere fast


Delivery time for Items in stock is normally between 7 and 14 working days depending on when the customer’s order is processed, and the location the customer requires the order to be shipped to.


For Made to Order Items delivery times can vary between 10-20 working days  from order date.


We ship by spanish national post service with tracking number. All shippings have charge:

10EUR - Europe (list of European countries http://https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_European_countries_by_area

30EUR - Asia, America, Australia, Africa, islands, all countries which is not in Europe 


OSTEL aim to deliver the customer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. We provide delivery methods to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time. If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, we will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. 


* Payment for worldwide delivery can be made by using  Paypal or bank transfer. When the customer completed the order, we will send info by email with bank / Paypal data.

* Payment for Ukraine customers can be made by ukrainian Bank transfer. When the customer completed the order, we will send info by email how to pay. Delivery for Ukraine- Nova Poshta.


Please note that OSTEL aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. OSTEL operates Monday to Sanday. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

Tax and Duties

Please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer. It is accepted by the customer that OSTEL have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommends that the customer checks with their local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to their online order.

OSTEL insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s specified delivery address. We requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the customer’s purchased goods passes to the customer. If the customer has specified a recipient who is not themselves for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the customer accepts that evidence of a signature by this recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by OSTEL and transfer of responsibility in the same way.​​​​​​​

Force Majeure

OSTEL shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. ​​​​​​​

Refunds and Returns

If customer are not perfectly satisfied with the goods OSTEL will happily offer a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below: We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and available. Please note:
1. The customer must notify OSTEL of their intentions to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
3. OSTEL recommends that the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
4. The cost of returning the item to the designer is the customer’s responsibility.
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, the customer’s new item(s) will be shipped to them as soon as OSTEL receives its returning package and any additional payment which is required. Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. OSTEL does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. OSTEL are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Shoes: All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until the customer is certain they are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. Intimate Apparel: Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer. Please be aware that items that are Made to Order are not refundable. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.
